- Login to your customer account using your login and password.
- Once you login, you will find the “Video Conferencing” tab in the customer menu on the left side of the screen. You may have to scroll down to find the tab. Once you find it, click on it.
- This will display a Video Conferencing page. Click the Enter button
- Next you will see a dropdown to select your video conference room. Select the room number assigned to you in the email and then click the Enter button
- After you enter the video conference room assigned to you, please click on “Start the Call” button. This will start the video conference
- The video conferencing window also has controls to mute the audio/video feed.
